Xanadu Estate has several different suites to meet all individual needs.   We are pet friendly.  All suites are fully furnished, very clean, and comfortable.

Xanadu 1 is a cozy and charming 1000 square foot fully furnished suite with two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 5 people. There is a luxurious queen sized bed with two large closets in the master bedroom, and two twin beds and a pull out single bed and a walk in closet in the second bedroom.

You have a private entrance and luxurious two sinks spa bathroom with tub & shower.

The bright and clean kitchen has a convection microwave, refrigerator, and a 6 place dining table.

There is a flat screen TV with Netflix unlimited movies, cable, and Apple TV in the living area.
The private entrance opens to the garden area where you can sit outside on the expansive lawn and luxuriate in a view of Salt Spring Island.

Xanadu 2 is a lovely and luxurious 1000 square foot fully furnished suite with two bedrooms, a fireplace and comfortably sleeps 5 people

There is a luxurious queen sized bed in the huge master bedroom, and a queen bed and a single bed in a large second bedroom.  You have a walk in closet in the master bedroom. 

You have a private entrance and luxurious spa bathroom with a walk in seated shower.
The bright and clean kitchen has a convection microwave, refrigerator, and a 6 place dining table.

10 percent non refundable booking deposit is required for booking.
 
Pets are allowed for $45.00 per stay per pet.
 
All suites are non smoking and very clean.   There is a cleaning fee of $100.00 per stay, or per month.
