Xanadu Suites

Xanadu Estate has several different suites to meet all individual needs   

Xanadu 1 is a cozy and charming 1000 square foot fully furnished suite with two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps, 5 people. There is a luxurious queen-sized bed with two large closets in the master bedroom, and two twin beds and a pull-out single bed and a walk-in closet in the second bedroom.

  • You have a private entrance and a luxurious two sinks spa bathroom with tub & shower.

  • The bright and clean kitchen has a convection microwave, refrigerator, and a 6 place dining table.

  • There is a flat-screen TV with Netflix unlimited movies, cable, and Apple TV in the living area.

  • The private entrance opens to the garden area where you can sit outside on the expansive lawn and luxuriate in a view of Salt Spring Island.

  • 10 percent non-refundable booking deposit is required

  • All suites are non-smoking and very clean.   There is a cleaning fee of $145.00 per stay or per month

  • Pets are allowed for $45.00 per stay per pet

Rates

  • Xanadu 1 Suite Rate is $199 per night - minimum five nights

  • Xanadu 1 Suite Weekly rate is $1393

  • Xanadu 1 Suite Monthly rate is $2899

Xanadu 2 is a lovely and luxurious 1000 square foot fully furnished suite with two bedrooms, a fireplace and comfortably sleeps 5 people

  • There is a luxurious queen-sized bed in the huge master bedroom, and a queen bed and a single bed in a large second bedroom.  You have a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. 

  • You have a private entrance and luxurious spa bathroom with a walk-in seated shower.

  • The bright and clean kitchen has a convection microwave, refrigerator, and a 6 place dining table.

  • There is a flat-screen TV with Netflix unlimited movies, cable, and Apple TV in the living area.

  • The private entrance opens to the private patio where you can sit outside and luxuriate in a view of Salt Spring Island.
